In March 2026, CBEDC will open our new home at Glenmore Manor, an 8,400 sq ft community headquarters and innovation campus.

This space will host:

• Construction & Manufacturing labs
• Tech-enabled coworking and classrooms
• Business pop-up retail incubators
• The Brownsville Community Peace Garden
